Our Project management service covers The whole process from initial site appraisal, preparing outline drawings, a dialogue with the clients about their requirements, budget, timescale etc, submitting planning applications (see below), preparing detail drawings and schedules to enable builders to accurately price jobs, preparing building contracts and supervising building work through to handover to the clients.

Planning Permission Consultancy

Once outline plans have been agreed, plans have to be submitted to the local Council for planning permission (does not apply to small extension). Our expertise in this area means that we can help ensure your plans are successful, although should they not be we will converse with your local planning authority on your behalf to find a solution.
